Privacy Policy

Peptide Pen Pal doesn't ask you to create an account and doesn't know who you are. Your dosing calculations happen entirely on your own device. When you chat with your Pen Pal, your question is sent to an AI service so it can write an answer. Shopping is handled by Shopify. We also collect basic, anonymous visit statistics, described below.

The app has no login, no profiles, and no user database. We never receive your name, email address, phone number, or payment details.

All math happens in your browser or in the app on your phone. The vial sizes, water amounts, and doses you enter are never sent to us or to anyone else. When you close the app, they're gone.

When you send a question in the chat, the text of your question and the recent conversation are sent to an AI service (through Lovable's AI gateway) to generate an answer. Don't include personal or medical details you wouldn't want to share with that service.

Your conversation lives only in the app on your device. We do not store chat history on our servers, and closing or refreshing the app clears it.

Product listings, prices, and stock come from our store, which is powered by Shopify. Your cart is saved on your own device. When you check out, you leave the app and complete the purchase on Shopify, which processes your payment and order details under Shopify's own privacy policy. We never see your card details.

The app saves a few small files on your device (an app cache and your shopping cart) so it opens quickly and works offline. These contain nothing that identifies you, and clearing the app's storage removes them.

The app collects simple, anonymous visit statistics: which pages are opened, the page you came from, your browser type, your language, a general region (the country your device's time zone suggests), and page-speed measurements like how long the page took to load.

Each visit gets a random session ID stored in a cookie that expires after 30 minutes. It isn't linked to your name or any account — there are no accounts — it's never used for advertising, and it isn't shared with anyone beyond the service that hosts the app. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

We don't run advertising, we don't sell or share data, we don't collect your precise location, and nothing we collect is used to identify you personally.

There's no account to close and no profile to remove, because we don't hold one. Anything the app saved on your device — your cart, the app cache, the chat open on your screen — is removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it.
